What is better than 1 family birthday party? Two! Last weekend we celebrated Tommy's 7th birthday with an Indiana Jones party and in the evening celebrated Sally by going to Capri Flavors and doing a private cooking class. Both events were F-U-N. We kept Tommy's party a surprise and he jumped right in (literally) after walking through the door. The kids did all sorts of adventures...drinking monkey blood (Bitsy was amazing chugging down tomato juice!), dodging boulders (exercise balls), crossing a snake pit and escaping poisonous arrows. Always fun to have all 12 cousins together. The cooking class was just as fun for the adults. As expected, Sally and Mama Titina were best friends as Sally was leaving. Everyone participated in cooking and the meal was delicious. So fun to all be together without the kiddos for a night!
