This year we joined 34 other people, 16 other children and 6 dogs at Gammy and Popsy's house for Thanksgiving. It was a great holiday and surprisingly unchaotic given the amount of people. Thank you to Uncle Mickey for the schematics!
We were fortunate to have the Richardson girls, BJ and Sarah Colgan join us at our house for a few days before heading to High Point.
It was a great reunion for all of the cousins and so fun to see the second cousins bond and play together. Our kids loved hanging with the old and young cousins and were eager to copy their behaviors. Samantha's new phrase since T-giving has been, "Oh. My. Gosh!" Hmmm....where did that one come from?? Henry loved the guy time and the BOUNCE HOUSE. I think our almost 2 year old made about 100+ trips up and down the stairs and slide of the house. "Noah! Fletch! Tum on!"
The weather, thankfully, was amazing and allowed us to be outside everyday. On Thanksgiving morning we organized out own Turkey Trot and 12 of us trotted through the neighborhood across the street for some pre-meal exercise.
It was an amazing holiday and so many great memories were made. Thank you to the sisties for getting us all together and to Gammy & Popsy for hosting!
