This Christmas was busy and fun. Claire definitely understood Christmas a lot better this year and enjoyed participating in the traditions. Our elves came to visit and got into lots of mischief, we went to school concerts, decorated a gingerbread house and baked cookies...it was fast, furious fun.
Payson is still teaching a music class on Wednesdays at Maracas. This year the kids had a Christmas concert that included some outside Christmas songs.
Samantha's 1st grade class worked very hard on learning several holiday songs for their Christmas concert this year. This year she was very excited to participate and showed zero signs of feeling nervous. We were super proud of her.
Henry was more than happy to help smash candy canes for Christmas cookies.
We had an early Christmas celebration at Tammy & Popsy's house with the Moores. One of Gammy & Popsy's gifts this year was a fun new trampoline for the kids.
On Christmas Eve we celebrated at Nonni and Grandpa Mikey's before heading to church. Claire was super excited about getting big girl panties. She is almost ready to use them all the time now.
The kids were a LITTLE excited to head downstairs on Christmas morning.

Henry's present from Santa. Samantha received one as a gift for her birthday and Henry has been green with envy since then. It was not easy for him to wait until Christmas. She has been a gem and has allowed him to sleep with it every other night.
