Fun weekend celebrating Gammy's birthday at the farm

This past weekend we went to High Point to celebrate Gammy's birthday with her. The weather was rainy and chilly on Saturday so we went to the Greensboro Children's Museum in the morning. Such a fun spot for the kids! Sally and Payson left about noon to do the Polar Plunge with Sally's school. Sally has done the fundraiser for Special Olympics multiple times and Pays joined her for the first time this year. They raised a record amount this year and the principal had to shave his hair into a mohawk!

After the kids napped we headed out to Wayne's and had an amazing dinner. The kids loved the food and ate really well. We enjoyed mocha cupcakes together and the kids helped Gammy open her gifts.

Sunday was beautiful and we all enjoyed having some outside time. The kids had fun playing on Gammy's ride on toys, the trampoline and in the tree house. Samantha loved that it resembled Rapunzel's tower and we had an impromptu dance party to some Disney music. Gillian, Steve and Harriet joined us for margaritas at Happy Hour before another yummy dinner.

A fun weekend as usual at the farm. So fun to see spring waking up the flowers, frogs and leaves. We are looking forward to being back later this spring!

Isn't this a sweet picture of Pays and Sally?

Getting ready to plunge...

The chilliness!
