Henry and art

Henry has taken to his art class at Joyner like a duck to water.  Fridays are his favorite school day because he has art with Mr. Fotta that day.  I think it helps that Mr. Fotta is a funny, well liked teacher but Henry has really enjoyed working with different media.  He has been drawing at home EVERY day!  Today he sat down and drew 2 pictures before even eating an after school snack.  It is very cool to watch him progress as he draws things in his everyday life over and over again.  His TA took a few pictures of him in class and you can see how happy he is.
