This year we decided to follow the rules and we took our weeklong CA vacation during Spring Break. We did a throw back to 2009 and "rented" our friend Autumn's house while she was on vacation in Hawaii. We had rented this house in June of 2009 after we graduated residency and she bought the house not long after. Ventura never disappoints. We had another great vacation there. We missed our Kentucky crew (impossible to line up 6 weeks of Spring Break) but we still had a great time spending time with our fam and our lifer Ventura friends. Lots of tips to Arroyo Verde, Marina Park, the beach, Ojai, amazing food and a very fun Easter celebration. We are sold, will be back for Spring Break next year!
