Earlier this spring we took a family beach trip to Holden Beach. We had "won" the trip the year earlier at a silent auction for a fundraiser for Joyner. The owners are Joyner parents and they were very sweet to allow us to bring the dogs. We knew were were going to need to put Aspen to sleep soon and it was great to have him on the beach with us one more time. Aspen LOVED playing on the beach in California. It brought back a lot of great memories for Pays and I.
The kids had a great time. We were walking distance to the beach and had a dock behind the house that was fun for fishing and paddle boarding. A fun family weekend for the five of us plus our sweet doggies.
