Samantha Starts First Grade!

 Samantha has literally jumped into first grade, we are so impressed with her attitude and desire for learning.  She is in Ms. McCallum's class with several of her kindergarten buddies but she has also actively made new friends.

Her clothing style this year is definitely sporty spice.  Sport shorts and tank tops are her uniform.  

Samantha has been very excited to come home and work on her writing after school.  We have enjoyed talking about "small moments" in longer stories that she has either read or stories that are part of our family life.  

She is the sweetest!
