Claire 8 months

Oh this sweet girl is on the MOVE!  Not only is she speeding around the house on her hands and knees but she is also pulling herself up on just about anything.  When we get her up from sleeping she is always waiting for us holding on to the side rail of her crib.  With a HUGE grin on her face.

Claire Bear's first tooth finally pushed its way all the way through her gum.  She looks pretty darn cute with it poking out I must say.  She has dialed back on finger feeding herself ( I think because of tooth pain?) but we have gone back to pureed foods and she is happily eating them again.  She loves her milk and she easily drinks 4 8oz bottles a day.

Sweet girl figured out how to clap in the past week which just adds to her happy demeanor.  Now she can show us how she feels!  We are working on teaching her some basic signs and she listens so attentively when we speak the words and do the hand motions.

She is doing great at night and we are SO tempted to drop her 10:30pm dream feed and see how it goes.  It would be awesome to try (TRY!) to get to bed earlier but the possibility of getting up at 4:00am to do a feed is a bit overwhelming right now.  We may wait until she is officially 9 months before we try.  

This was taken before Claire started crawling.  I love the how she is blowing raspberries.  Samantha just cannot resist startling her..
