Claire at 2 months

Oh, she just keeps getting sweeter.  The gummy smiles and sweet coos are just irresistible these days.  She may be getting close to 200 kisses a day now.

Claire has definitely "woken up."  She ADORES to watch Samantha and Henry.  We love watching her stare at them, wide-eyed, her her bobbing trying to hold it upright as ling as she can.  She is doing great in the Bumbo chair and will do tummy time for about minutes before sounding the alarm.

She also loves staring at brightly colored pictures and Momma T's plates in the kitchen.  The fans are also another favorite when they are going.

She is on a nice schedule most days...up at 7:00 then feeds again at 9:30, 12:30, 3:30-4:00, 7:00 and 10:00.  She has pushed her early am feed to 4:00 most days which is great because she very reliably gets up at 7:00 now.  She generally falls asleep easily.  During 1 or 2 naps a day she will wake up after about 10 minutes and will need help getting her paci again.  We are still swaddling her and lying her on her side.  We have tried to let her fall asleep unswaddled and it has not ended well.

This girl does NOT like being wet.  I think she is the most sensitive of the three kids in that regard.

She still likes being bathed but has a low tolerance for being cold and wet for more than about 30 seconds.

We went to her 2 months well child check last week and she now weighs 10 pounds 11 ounces.  She is 50% for weight, 75% for length and 25% in head circumference.

She is doing great with Pays while I am at work and takes bottle like a champ.  She has surprised us in that she will take 4-5 ounces of bottled breast milk at a feed which seems like a lot for a baby her age.

She is doing great falling asleep in the infant carrier when we are on the go getting the kids to school or on an outing.  She will often wake up after 45-50 minutes though if she is not consistently moving.  She LOVES to face out in the Bjorn and go for walks and also take great naps facing in snuggled to your chest.

She is a sweet, sweet girl and we are so enjoying the addition to our family.
