End of school festival

The kids end of school festival last week was great...except for the rain and thunder that was going on while the kids were supposed to be performing.  Luckily, a large tent had been put up and the kids were able to do their performances while the adults tried to get as close as they could armed with umbrellas and cameras.  It was a bit of craziness with the children displaying perfect manners and the adults trying their best to follow their kids' examples.  Nonetheless, the performances went well and the kids were very pleased with themselves.  We had heard the songs being sung at home for MONTHS, I can't even fathom the amount of hours that their teachers put into the preparations, rehearsing and decorations.  Henry's teacher Senora Vicky actually made the kids costumes...hats, shirts, pants for the boys and skirts and long braids for the girls.  I was super impressed.

We feel very blessed to be part of the Maracas family.

Samantha called this her ballerina dance...

She has been flying around the house singing this song for months, now I understand why...

Henry is wearing a green belt and has a red scarf...
