Last weekend we headed to Wrightsville Beach to celebrate Tia Marty's 30th birthday with the Moores and Gammy & Popsy (we missed the Colgans terribly!). It was a great weekend and my photos did not adequately capture the fun of the weekend. The house that we stayed at was pure shabby chic and so cozy. The kids had a blast playing on the beach for 2 days in a row and we had to drag them off at 1:30pm both days for naps despite getting out there at 9:30! We made a trip to the NC Aquarium where Pays and I had our wedding reception 7 years ago. We hadn't been back since and it was fun to revisit the venue...this time with kiddos! Bike cart rides, playing with shells on the porch, visiting with old friends and yummy, yummy meals...what a great weekend.
We love you Tia Marty, here's to 30 more!
